Great experience with Design West Mechanical!  Called late on a Saturday evening and talked to Joe.  Since it wasn't an immediate emergency, we agreed to address the issue on Sunday.  Joe called to confirm in the morning, arrived 15 minutes later, and replaced the parts by noon.  The repair cost was reasonable and Joe was professional and personable. Design West Mechanical came out to install my heat pump water heater tank on December 10. Tarryn kepted me updated throughout the whole process. I had a floor drain backup and flood part of my basement on a Tuesday evening, I called and Joseph was out the next morning to start diagnosing and fixing the problem.  The clean out was in a very odd spot under a cabinet and he was able to come up with a solution to get to it and snake the pipes without having to remove the the full cabinet.  He was able to clean the pipe and also show me the integrity of the pipe and location of the pipes with his camera and locator.
